I inherited a house in Lompoc, but I live in Connecticut. I asked my California probate attorney to recommend a real estate agent and that’s how I was connected with Miko. I don’t think I could have been connected with anyone better than Miko. She had to be my “eyes” during the whole process as I had never seen the property, and due to the pandemic, I was unable to travel from one coast to the other. She walked me through all the digital paperwork and did a lot of the legwork for me since I couldn’t be present.
